La plate-forme d'automatisation existante reposait sur du mat\u00e9riel et des logiciels obsol\u00e8tes, ce qui limitait la flexibilit\u00e9 et rendait difficile l'introduction de nouvelles recettes ou l'am\u00e9lioration du contr\u00f4le de la production. <\/p>\n<p>Contec a mis en \u0153uvre une nouvelle solution de contr\u00f4le bas\u00e9e sur une architecture de lot ISA-88, permettant une gestion flexible des recettes, un meilleur guidage des op\u00e9rateurs et une int\u00e9gration compl\u00e8te entre la production et les syst\u00e8mes de niveau sup\u00e9rieur. Les op\u00e9rateurs avaient \u00e9galement besoin de conseils plus clairs lors du dosage manuel afin de r\u00e9duire les erreurs et d'am\u00e9liorer la coh\u00e9rence. <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n           <p class=\"small-title\">\n                Notre approche            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"the-content\">\n                <h2><strong>Mise en \u0153uvre du contr\u00f4le par lots ISA-88 avec int\u00e9gration du syst\u00e8me<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En tant qu'int\u00e9grateur de syst\u00e8mes et expert en automatisation, Contec a mis en place un nouveau syst\u00e8me bas\u00e9 sur <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.siemens.com\/en-us\/products\/simatic\/s7-1500\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Siemens S7-1500 PLC<\/a> <\/strong>programm\u00e9 dans TIA Portal et con\u00e7u selon la norme ISA-88.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a commenc\u00e9 par une \u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 et une \u00e9tude de site pour \u00e9valuer l'installation existante et d\u00e9finir les exigences du nouveau syst\u00e8me. La logique de contr\u00f4le h\u00e9rit\u00e9e de l'automate Mitsubishi et de l'IHM InTouch a fait l'objet d'une r\u00e9tro-ing\u00e9nierie afin de comprendre la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de la production actuelle. <\/p>\n<p>Une conception \u00e9lectrique de haut niveau a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour soutenir la migration du mat\u00e9riel existant vers une plate-forme d'automatisation Siemens utilisant les technologies <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.profinet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Profinet<\/a><\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>La logique de contr\u00f4le des lots a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 l'aide de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.isa.org\/standards-and-publications\/isa-standards\/isa-88-standards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">structure ISA-88<\/a>,<\/strong> y compris les phases, les modules d'\u00e9quipement et la gestion des recettes. Cette structure permet une configuration souple des s\u00e9quences de production et simplifie l'ajout de nouvelles recettes. <\/p>\n<p>La couche IHM a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 l'aide d'<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inductiveautomation.com\/ignition\/modules\/perspective\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ignition Perspective<\/a>, qui<\/strong> fournit une visualisation moderne des processus de traitement par lots et de l'interaction avec les op\u00e9rateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Int\u00e9gration verticale avec notre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/contec-ias.com\/fr\/sgpc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">syst\u00e8me CPMS<\/a><\/strong> permet l'ex\u00e9cution des ordres de production, la gestion des recettes, la validation des nomenclatures et le guidage de l'op\u00e9rateur pour les \u00e9tapes de dosage manuel. Cette int\u00e9gration garantit un suivi pr\u00e9cis de la production et am\u00e9liore la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 du processus. <\/p>\n<p>Le projet comprenait \u00e9galement le d\u00e9veloppement d'automates et d'IHM, les tests du syst\u00e8me, la mise en service sur site et la formation des \u00e9quipes d'ing\u00e9nierie et d'exploitation de l'usine.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n
