unifi\u00e9e et p\u00e9renne<\/h3>\n<p>Un grand groupe international sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l'alimentation et la nutrition avait besoin de moderniser son environnement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aveva.com\/en\/products\/system-platform\/\">Aveva System Platform<\/a> sur l'un de ses sites de production en France.<\/p>\n<p>La configuration existante \u00e9tait bas\u00e9e sur deux galaxies distinctes, une architecture obsol\u00e8te et des syst\u00e8mes de reporting h\u00e9rit\u00e9s, ce qui cr\u00e9ait de la complexit\u00e9 et augmentait le risque op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n<p>L'objectif \u00e9tait de consolider, de repenser et de migrer l'ensemble de la plateforme dans une architecture unique, moderne et \u00e9volutive, tout en veillant \u00e0 ce qu'il n'y ait pas d'interruption de la production.<\/p>\n<p>Contec a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une migration compl\u00e8te et une refonte de la plate-forme Aveva, y compris des syst\u00e8mes d'historiens et de rapports, ce qui a permis d'am\u00e9liorer les performances du syst\u00e8me, de r\u00e9duire la complexit\u00e9 et d'assurer une maintenance \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n syst\u00e8me patrimonial complexe et mal document\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me existant se composait de deux galaxies Aveva distinctes, avec une architecture obsol\u00e8te, une logique inutilis\u00e9e et une documentation limit\u00e9e. Cette situation compliquait la maintenance, r\u00e9duisait la transparence et augmentait le risque op\u00e9rationnel. <\/p>\n<p>En outre, le syst\u00e8me reposait sur d'anciennes versions d'Aveva System Platform, d'Historian et de Microsoft Report Services, ce qui rendait sa maintenance et son \u00e9volution difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>L'un des principaux d\u00e9fis consistait \u00e0 repenser l'architecture tout en consolidant les deux galaxies dans un environnement unique, en garantissant l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et la continuit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es dans les bases de donn\u00e9es historiques et les syst\u00e8mes de reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela devait \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 sans impact sur la production, ce qui n\u00e9cessitait une strat\u00e9gie de migration Notre approche            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"the-content\">\n                <h2><strong>Migration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e avec refonte de l'architecture et validation parall\u00e8le<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Contec a abord\u00e9 le projet avec une strat\u00e9gie de migration structur\u00e9e, en commen\u00e7ant par un red\u00e9veloppement complet de l'architecture de la plate-forme Aveva.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux galaxies existantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9es en une seule galaxie optimis\u00e9e, suivie d'une migration vers la derni\u00e8re version de la plate-forme Aveva. Parall\u00e8lement, les bases de donn\u00e9es historiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises \u00e0 jour et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le nouveau syst\u00e8me, ce qui a permis d'assurer la continuit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es historiques et une interaction transparente avec l'IHM. <\/p>\n<p>Les services de rapports Microsoft ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 migr\u00e9s pour s'aligner sur la nouvelle architecture, ce qui a permis d'obtenir des capacit\u00e9s de rapport coh\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9liminer les risques de production, une phase de test d'acceptation en usine (FAT) a \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e en faisant fonctionner l'ancien et le nouveau syst\u00e8me en parall\u00e8le pendant deux semaines. Cela a permis de valider pleinement les fonctionnalit\u00e9s, les performances et la coh\u00e9rence des donn\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une validation r\u00e9ussie, le syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en service sur place, Contec fournissant un soutien imm\u00e9diat pendant la transition et l'arr\u00eat du syst\u00e8me existant.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n
