Het project vereiste gecentraliseerde besturing van de lijn en naadloze integratie van OEM machines, transportbanden en kwaliteitsinspectiesystemen. <\/p>\n<p>Contec leverde een end-to-end automatiserings- en integratieoplossing die productieapparatuur verbindt met de MOM-omgeving van de fabriek. Het systeem maakt gesynchroniseerde lijnbediening mogelijk en biedt real-time inzicht in machineprestaties, kwaliteitsprocessen en productiegegevens voor OEE-analyse. <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n productielijn<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De productielijn combineerde meerdere OEM-machines, transportbanden en kwaliteitsinspectiesystemen die als \u00e9\u00e9n gesynchroniseerd systeem moesten werken.<\/p>\n<p>Zonder gestandaardiseerde controle en communicatie kan deze opstelling leiden tot ineffici\u00ebnties en een beperkt zicht op de prestaties.<\/p>\n<p>De belangrijkste uitdaging was om de machinelogica, vergrendelingen en materiaalstroom te co\u00f6rdineren en tegelijkertijd te zorgen voor betrouwbare gegevensverzameling en integratie met het MOM-systeem van de fabriek voor Onze aanpak            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"the-content\">\n                <h2><strong>Gecentraliseerde bediening en naadloze systeemintegratie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Contec implementeerde een gecentraliseerde besturingsarchitectuur met een Siemens S7-1500 PLC (TIA Portal V19) die fungeerde als lijnbesturing en OEM machines en transportbandsystemen co\u00f6rdineerde.<\/p>\n<p>Het elektrische ontwerp, inclusief schakelkasten en netwerkarchitectuur, werd ontwikkeld in EPLAN P8, waardoor een gestructureerde en schaalbare opstelling werd gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n<p>Kwaliteitsinspectie werd ge\u00efntegreerd met behulp van Keyence vision-systemen, waardoor geautomatiseerde productverificatie mogelijk werd. De aandrijfbesturing werd ge\u00efmplementeerd met Siemens Sinamics G120C aandrijvingen, inclusief veiligheidsfunctionaliteit.<br \/>\nMachineco\u00f6rdinatie werd gerealiseerd via permissieve en interlocking logica, met gestandaardiseerde communicatie-interfaces voor OEM-apparatuur. <\/p>\n<p>De oplossing werd ge\u00efntegreerd met het MOM-systeem van de fabriek met behulp van PackML-gegevensuitwisseling, waardoor consistente machinecommunicatie mogelijk werd en OEE-berekeningen werden ondersteund. Operationele gegevens werden gerouteerd via Kepware, voor een betrouwbare verbinding tussen de werkvloer en systemen op hoger niveau. <\/p>\n<p>De operatorinterfaces werden ontwikkeld in WinCC Unified
