Het project vereiste de geco\u00f6rdineerde implementatie van <a href=\"https:\/\/contec-ias.com\/nl\/dienst\/elektrotechniek\/\">Electrical &#038; Instrumentation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/contec-ias.com\/nl\/dienst\/productiecontrole\/\">Manufacturing Control<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/contec-ias.com\/nl\/dienst\/beheer-van-productieprocessen\/\">Manufacturing Operations Management<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/contec-ias.com\/nl\/dienst\/industriele-it\/\">Industrial IT-systemen<\/a>, allemaal afgestemd op bouw- en installatieactiviteiten. <\/p>\n<p>De complexiteit van het project kwam voort uit overlappende werkstromen, strakke tijdschema&#8217;s en de behoefte aan nauwe integratie en co\u00f6rdinatie tussen meerdere disciplines om het overeengekomen leveringsschema te halen. Een verkeerde afstemming van mijlpalen of vertragingen op \u00e9\u00e9n gebied kon de hele tijdlijn van het project be\u00efnvloeden. <\/p>\n<p>Tegelijkertijd moest aan strenge succescriteria worden voldaan, waaronder systeemgereedheid, naadloze integratie en productieprestaties. Engineering deliverables werden ontwikkeld met de haalbaarheid van de installatie in gedachten, waardoor wrijving tijdens de uitvoering werd verminderd. <\/p>\n<p>E&#038;I-ontwerp, automatiseringsprogrammering, MOM en industri\u00eble IT-systemen werden parallel ontwikkeld, waardoor modulair testen naast installatieactiviteiten mogelijk werd. Door deze aanpak konden functionaliteiten in een vroeg stadium worden gevalideerd en problemen snel worden opgelost. <\/p>\n<p>Tijdens kritieke fasen werd de aanwezigheid op locatie vergroot om de co\u00f6rdinatie en uitvoering te ondersteunen, terwijl wekelijkse besprekingen met belanghebbenden zorgden voor transparantie, snelle besluitvorming en voortdurende afstemming op de
