Het doel was om te zorgen voor een betrouwbare co\u00f6rdinatie tussen meerdere automatiseringsplatformen en een gecentraliseerde bewaking en besturing van het productieproces mogelijk te maken. <\/p>\n<p>Om dit te bereiken leverde Contec aangesloten Siemens PLC systemen, batch management software en visualisatieplatformen in \u00e9\u00e9n geco\u00f6rdineerde omgeving. De uitdaging was om betrouwbare communicatie tot stand te brengen tussen verschillende PLC-generaties en softwareplatforms met behoud van duidelijk zicht voor de operator en procesbesturing. <\/p>\n<p>Een andere belangrijke vereiste was dat de operationele taken beheerd konden worden via zowel batchmanagementsoftware als receptgebaseerde productielogica. Deze communicatielaag zorgde voor een gesynchroniseerde besturing van de tankparkactiviteiten en het vulproces. <\/p>\n<p>Operationele opdrachten werden beheerd via twee complementaire systemen. Een Rockwell FactoryTalk Batch server handelde batchgerelateerde taken af, terwijl recepten ontwikkeld binnen een <strong>AVEVA ArchestrA platform de<\/strong> proceslogica en visualisatie <strong>aanstuurden<\/strong>.<br \/>\nHet ArchestrA platform bood gecentraliseerde bewaking van de installatie en verdeelde visuele interfaces naar meerdere Wonderware InTouch client viewers verspreid over de faciliteit. Hierdoor konden operators het proces in realtime bewaken en besturen vanuit verschillende delen van de fabriek.  <\/p>\n<p>Om veilige toegang en duidelijke operationele verantwoordelijkheden te garanderen, implementeerden de applicatieservers rolgebaseerde authenticatie. Operators, technici, supervisors en beheerders kregen verschillende toegangsniveaus toegewezen volgens het interne beleid van de klant. <\/p>\n<p>Voor operationele analyse en probleemoplossing bevatte het systeem een <strong>Wonderware Historian server<\/strong> die continu alarmen, gebeurtenissen en procesgegevens logt in een SQL database. Met de Historian Trend toepassing kunnen gebruikers historische gegevens visualiseren en procesprestaties analyseren met behulp van op tijdlijnen gebaseerde grafische trends. <\/p>\n
