De faciliteit had een nieuwe utiliteitsruimte nodig die een consistente druk van de proceslucht en koelcapaciteit kon leveren en tegelijkertijd de zichtbaarheid van de systeemprestaties kon verbeteren. <\/p>\n<p>De belangrijkste uitdaging was om een besturingsoplossing te implementeren die een betrouwbare werking garandeert, proactieve bewaking ondersteunt en toekomstige standaardisatie          <p class=\"small-title\">\n                Onze aanpak            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"the-content\">\n                <h2><strong>Het ontwerpen en implementeren van een op Siemens gebaseerde besturingsarchitectuur voor nutsvoorzieningen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De oplossing is opgebouwd rond een <strong>Siemens SIMATIC S7-1514SP-2 PN PLC<\/strong>, geprogrammeerd in TIA Portal, met HMI ontwikkeld in WinCC Unified.<\/p>\n<p>Er <strong>werd<\/strong> een gedistribueerde I\/O-architectuur met <strong>IO-Link ge\u00efmplementeerd<\/strong> om de diagnostiek en flexibiliteit op veldniveau te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Contec ontwikkelde logica voor pompbesturing om het gebruik te balanceren, het energieverbruik te optimaliseren en mechanische belasting te verminderen. Dankzij ge\u00efntegreerde trending en datalogging kunnen operators afwijkingen vroegtijdig detecteren en ingrijpen voordat de productie wordt be\u00efnvloed.<\/p>\n<p>De levering omvatte <strong>het ontwerp en de productie van de schakelkast<\/strong>, <strong>de ontwikkeling van PLC&#8217;s en HMI's<\/strong> en de volledige inbedrijfstelling van het systeem, inclusief <strong>de integratie van de Grundfos-pompen<\/strong> en het opstarten op locatie.
