Het doel was om alle OEM-machines, kwaliteitscontroleapparatuur en transportbanden te co\u00f6rdineren en tegelijkertijd connectiviteit met het MES-systeem van de fabriek mogelijk te maken. <\/p>\n<p>Contec implementeerde een automatiseringsoplossing die de lijnbesturing centraliseert, machinebewerkingen synchroniseert en zorgt voor naadloze communicatie tussen apparatuur, kwaliteitsapparaten en systemen op een hoger niveau. Zonder de juiste integratie kan dit leiden tot inconsistent machinegedrag, ineffici\u00ebnte lijnco\u00f6rdinatie en een beperkt operationeel overzicht. <\/p>\n<p>De uitdaging was om alle machines, van vullen en transporteren tot inspecteren en palletiseren, te co\u00f6rdineren binnen \u00e9\u00e9n besturingssysteem.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast moest kwaliteitsapparatuur worden ge\u00efntegreerd om automatische afwijzing van defecte producten en betrouwbare gegevensvastlegging voor traceerbaarheid te garanderen. De elektrotechniek omvatte transportbanden, hulpsystemen en de integratie van kwaliteitsapparatuur en zorgde zo voor een samenhangende opstelling. De programmering van de PLC omvatte belangrijke functies zoals sequenti\u00eble start\/stop, run-empty-procedures en omschakelingsbesturing voor een soepele en consistente lijnwerking.    <\/p>\n<p>De operatorinterfaces werden ontwikkeld in FactoryTalk View en bieden real-time inzicht in de machinestatus, alarmen en vergrendelingen, zodat operators snel kunnen reageren op operationele gebeurtenissen. De OEM-integratie bestond uit het afstemmen van communicatie-interfaces en het in kaart brengen van gegevens, waardoor een real-time uitwisseling van machinetoestanden, commando&#8217;s en productiegegevens mogelijk werd.   <\/p>\n<p>Kwaliteitssystemen, waaronder controlewegers, metaaldetectoren en vision-systemen, werden ge\u00efntegreerd om de afkeurlogica te beheren en de traceerbaarheid te ondersteunen. Daarnaast werd een MES-connectiviteitslaag ge\u00efmplementeerd om de uitvoering van productieorders, recept- en partijbeheer en het verzamelen van operationele gegevens voor prestatiebewaking
