As one of the leading industrial digitalisation events in the Benelux region, ABISS 2025 brings together innovators, manufacturers and solution providers shaping the future of smart industry. Contec is proud to exhibit once again, this time in both Belgium (Kortrijk) and the Netherlands (Breda).

Over the past decades, our team has designed and implemented Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that follow the ISA-95 standards. These systems are not only compliant, but also built to be practical, scalable and tailored to each production environment. Every factory operates within its own context, and we believe that systems should evolve to support that uniqueness.

At the core of our MES offering is Contec Production Management System (CPMS), a modular framework developed in-house by Contec. It is designed to digitise work processes across production, quality, logistics and maintenance. Through a single operator interface, CPMS helps manufacturers gain visibility, streamline operations and improve productivity in a structured and sustainable way.

CPMS integrates easily with ERP, WMS and legacy systems. It also supports key industrial technologies such as SCADA platforms, historian systems and digital twin architectures. The platform is used to optimise efficiency, reduce manual handling and enable continuous operational improvement.

Additional to operation digitization, Contec is also a key solution provider to transform legacy production systems into state-of-the-art Industrial IoT architectures to facilitate AI initiatives from a strong conceptual software integration design.

One example of CPMS in action can be discovered in a recent project focused on digitising truck loading and unloading processes for a client in bulk logistics. The implementation of CPMS on the shop floor enabled real-time monitoring, automated data collection, and seamless IT integration with existing systems. As a result, the client achieved significantly higher operational efficiency, reduced turnaround times, and improved compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. The solution also enhanced transparency and traceability throughout the logistics chain, helping the organisation meet growing customer and regulatory expectations.

At ABISS 2025, we will demonstrate how MES and CPMS support manufacturing teams in achieving operational excellence and building the foundations of a connected, digital factory. Our approach covers every step, from feasibility studies to implementation, with a focus on engineering quality and long-term value.

If you are attending ABISS and want to explore how digital systems can support your production goals, we invite you to visit us.

Meet us at there: ABISS Belgium – October 9, Kortrijk & ABISS Netherlands – October 30, Breda.
