- High burden on shop floor staff and difficulties in onboarding temporary workers.

Our approach

To address these challenges, Contec integrated CPMS 3: Our in-house developed production software was installed on the shop floor, replacing the disparate tools.
Thanks to this implementation, Duracell benefited from:
